Healthy living demos

Join us in January for a series of healthy living demos at five of our stores, where we'll provide you with information and samples to help you make healthy choices in supplements, lifestyle and food.

Over the course of three weekends, we'll sample a variety of products pertaining to a particular theme:

Juicing: Future of Health lecture
  • Tuesday, January 13, 7:30 to 9 p.m.
    Town Hall
    1119 8th Ave. (at Seneca St.), Seattle

Known as The Juice Lady, clinical nutritionist Cherie Calbom will speak about how vegetable juices, smoothies and soups can help promote alkaline balance and weight loss, strengthen the immune system, and cleanse the body and soul. Presented as part of the Future of Health Lectures with Bastyr University and PCC Natural Markets. Tickets are $5 and available at brownpapertickets.com or at the door.
